Team appreciation events are very popular. There is nothing like giving back to your employees for working so hard all year round. To give them a break to acknowledge their hard work while seeing the smiles on their face is a great feeling. When we serve them ice cream we can feel the energy.

We have asked the Ice Cream Emergency Team to be at our Flu Vaccine Clinics for the last 2 years and it has been the best day of the year for our kids and staff!! Deb, Tony and Dan are the BEST!! Being a medical practice, we get a kick out of them being Certified Scoopologists and we love the scrubs and logo ” Saving Lives One Scoop at a TIme”….They truly care and it shows! Our patients look forward to getting vaccinated because of them, and our staff enjoys the sweet treat after all their hard work. Can’t wait until next year!!!
